When a patient comes to a hospital only 2 persons look after him one doctor and one nurse. A doctor only gives medical treatment to the patient but a nurse looks after the patient until he he fit and healthy again. This reveals that a nurse plays a very important role in a hospital. That is why; a nurse should be fully qualified and must have at least 50% of a doctor’s knowledge.
With this aim, Mahatma Gandhi Institute of

Nursing was established in 2006, because not only in India, but also in foreign countries there is lack of qualified nurses. Private hospitals also do not have qualified nurses, that is why qualified nurses are in demand not only in India but also in foreign countries. Madhya Pradesh Government is giving 100% job guarantee to B.SC. Qualified nurses and also provides scholarship to the financially week student and also to the student belonging to SC, ST category.
The management is also running a homoeopathic college named “Mahatma Gandhi Homeopathic Medical College”. The students are taught by well qualified MBBS, MS, BHMS Doctors. The college also provides hospital and bus facility.
There are plans to start post graduation course (MSC Nursing) also in near future.

Director Desk |

Mr.Tushar Yadav Director |
A Director is considered next to God hence a nurse is an assistant of
God only. Christians come in this field till the
previous years. Does this mean that a feeling of
charity and hospitality is only Christians
because nursing is a profession which is totally
based on hospitality. Lets imagine that if all
become doctors then hoe will they work without
nurses and in today's world becoming a doctor is
as difficult as cracking iron nut because one
has to give 15-20 lacs as donation for becoming
a doctor, but it is not so in this field in
today world hardly any profession offers job
guarantee but nursing offers 100% job guarantee
in India as well as in abroad.
In the coming years the college shall also
arrange for direct job placement in abroad. |
